Join us for an evening of connection, creativity, and grief support designed for children, youth, and their families.
Families will begin the evening with dinner from 5:30–6:00 P.M. Then, from 6:00–7:00 P.M., participants will explore the emotions that can accompany grief and loss through age-appropriate education and a creative pumpkin-painting activity.
Youth will be encouraged to paint pumpkins that represent the “scary” or difficult emotions they may experience while grieving. Their creations can then be displayed on their front porches as meaningful Halloween decorations.
