Grief Camps
Cornerstone of Hope offers workshops and bereavement camps for grieving children and teens.
Our grief programs, workshops and camps offer children an opportunity to learn about grief and engage with peers who have similar experiences. Campers will participate in age-appropriate grief activities led by professionals, go on field trips, play sports and games, and experience arts and crafts and other activities.

A day camp for children ages 6–12, designed to give children the opportunity to share their grief experiences in fun and creative ways. Campers will participate in age-appropriate grief activities led by professionals, and also experience sports and games, arts and crafts, field trips and more. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided.

Cornerstone of Hope - Independence, Ohio

Camp Lighthouse
2025 Dates To Be Announced
Camp Lighthouse is a weekend bereavement camp for children age 8-17, designed to give children and teens the opportunity to share their grief experiences in engaging and creative ways. Campers will participate in age-appropriate grief activities led by professionals, and also experience nature activities, sports and games, arts and crafts, and more. This camp provides a safe environment for children and teens to process their grief and find comfort in the company of peers who have experienced similar losses.
