Music is more than just something we hear; it is something we create and carry with us. Join us for an interactive session where we explore the power of intentional music-making as a tool for navigation through loss. In this workshop, we will move beyond passive listening to engage in:

  • Active Singing: Using the voice as a physical release for emotion.
  • Playlist Creation: Crafting personal “soundtracks for healing” to support different stages of your day.
  • Lyric Analysis: Deep-diving into the words that mirror our internal experiences.
  • Musical Memory Making: Learning how to anchor precious memories to specific melodies or musical styles
