Grieving Together Through The Holidays

The holidays can be a tough time when you’re grieving the loss of someone special to you. Join us for a free drop-in group designed for middle and high school students to connect, share, and find ways to navigate grief during the holiday season.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn tips for managing grief while still enjoying the holidays.
  • Participate in decorating a holiday ornament in memory of your loved one (each participant keeps their ornament).
  • Enjoy a free dinner with holiday treats and connect with other teens who understand what you’re going through.
